What happens after payment is made?

For online coaching: once payment is made you will receive an email on how to set up your personal log in and app access this is done manually by me, which means the email may take a few hours. After this we will book a call to get to know each other, your goals, habits etc and talk about the next steps.

For the exclusive 12 week program: Once payment is made you will receive an email with consultation and health forms so I can understand your goals, fitness level, training style, general health. You will then receive via email in PDF guidebook format your 12 week program. I have a 24-48 hour turn around provided you have filled out your consultation forms.

Do you receive app access for the 12 week guidebook program?

No. The exclusive 12 week program is a one off program delivered via email in a PDF.

Can I continue coaching after my initial coaching phase has ended?

Yes. When you are getting closer to the end of your coaching block we will discuss further goals you may have and you can choose to continue coaching indefinitely or choose to do another block of coaching.
I have a no lock in contract policy after your first initial coaching block/phase. You can cancel any time with 2 weeks notice.

As a Wherefit client, can I pay weekly?

Unfortunately, no. As Wherefit clients use a specific code to purchase their coaching, you will need to pay for your initial coaching phase/block upfront.
After your initial coaching, you can choose to pay weekly as long as the code is not used.
This will be discussed as your initial coaching phase/block is coming to an end.

Can you guarantee results?

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee results. A large portion of your success will be based on your commitment to follow instruction, lifestyle change, attitude and dedication to the program. Your willingness to work hard will improve your opportunity for success.

What I can guarantee is that I give you all the tools, advice, encouragement and support in order to help you make the change and be successful in your journey.

Do you create meal plans?

No, I do not believe meal plans set you up for success in the long term.
I do provide samples of meal choices and snack ideas along with calorie and macro targets.

I’ve paid but I have not received an email yet, what should I do?

My aim is to get emails out to you or contact you as soon as possible. I am a small business and a one person show. There is no team behind the scenes so please bare with me.
Your email will be sent manually by me within a few hours after payment. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders. If it has been 12-24 hours and you still have not received an email please contact me via the details below so I can rectify the issue immediately.
